Flavor star pizza blog post

In advance cooking we made pizza.We made our own individual pizzas for my pizza sauce I season it with some sweet and a bit spicy and allot of bitter flavors in my sauce to give it that nice balance.The flavors in the pizza sauce was very enhance and gave it that savory taste the acidic from the hot sauce I add on the pizza was great. I think I could of let my dough cook a little longer because my dough was still raw it was still chewie but to chewie that it didn’t really taste as good as I thought.
